You’ll receive at least 25 HDR photos (a minimum of 10 in NYC), which includes at least one picture for every room and space. Several images will be produced for each main living space, such as the living room, kitchen, and family room. For larger homes or properties, you’ll receive more than 25 photos to ensure that each space is represented in your listing. The exact number of photos provided is tailored to the size of the property.

The preview video is a short clip (about 10-15 seconds) of your 3D tour. It’s an excellent tool for social media, grabbing viewers' attention and getting them interested in learning more about the property. It is not set to music in order to give you full creative control.

With Digital Pro, reshoots aren’t necessary. If you are unhappy with a photo, we can digitally capture another angle or composition and edit an alternate version upon request.

After placing your Digital Pro order, you’ll receive a welcome email from VHT Studios with a link to your MyVHT account and a temporary password. Be sure to log in to your account and change your password within the first 24 hours of receiving your welcome email. MyVHT is the client portal of VHT Studios, a Matterport company. MyVHT is where you will access your Digital Pro media.
